As professional Personal Trainers, our passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. Our method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. We aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I am a level 3 certified Personal Trainer who has been in the industry since 2012. Based in East Grinstead, West Sussex my specialisations range from fat loss and body conditioning to overall cardiovascular health and developing of strength. 

I first became interested in motivational fitness when I started losing weight for my wedding. I lost around 2 stone in a period of 10 months and became increasingly inspired by the changes this made for me, my body and for my life.

Since then i took fitness and training to a new level, setting my own 'Personal Best' goals and pushing myself to achieve a better, healthier body. 

Learning what fitness can do for you, and how improving your fitness can lead to improvements in so many areas of your life, led me to the decision to become a Personal Trainer. I want to help as many people as I can to achieve their goals, whether they be long or short term or basic or advanced requests, and help them to make the change to their lives for the better. 

I consider myself to be a good communicator as I can find ways to relate to each person I talk to in an honest and professional way. I am always goal focused and always set out to achieve my targets, even if those targets belong to my client!

Having been in the industry and Personal Training since 2000, plus teaching students to become Personal Trainers, I have vast knowledge on how to ensure that you hit your targets and goals in a fun and imaginative way that is very effective. 
Based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, I offer one to one training with the focus of fat loss and conditioning. 
I am a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and would love to work with athletes and those in sports to help them improve performance, maximise recovery and ultimately hold of retirement from your sport and passion! 
I also love movies, Back to the Future being my favorite, I enjoy watching England play rugby (especially when they are winning).
