I have worked with coaches across a number of sports over the years including Martial Arts, Rugby, Tennis and golf plus a number of other team sports.

Additionally I teach Strength and Conditioning Course to Personal Trainers so the ability to perform workshops and stage seminars to groups of athletes is an exceptional benefit to sports clubs.
